Thank you for following my work! My name is Heather. I started this adventure a couple years ago when I had a daycare. I picked up the camera to snap a few shots of the daycare children and started getting some amazing feedback. I was asked by the parents of the daycare children to do family pictures. Being a hobbyist I had NO idea what to do, or charge. I have since made my business official. I specialize in Lifestyle photography. I have never been a big fan of the posed portrait sessions. I find them to be very boring and plain. I love to capture that one moment that most would view as a photo bomb. Those are moments to remember that you can never "pose" again! I capture emotion and in my own opinion I think that is important. Please don't get me wrong, there are some amazing photographers that can pose and capture some amazing emotions and create some beautiful pictures, it is just not my style. I am willing to help anyone that asks questions, so never be scared!! If you would like to offer any CONSTRUCTIVE Criticism than I will take it with an open mind, but please remember that photography is art. This is how I view the world around me. Some edits are done especially for the families that asked for them. Please be nice with everything you say. I am in competition with NO ONE. I simply love what I do.
